As of February 27, the film Blades of the Guardians: Wind Rises in the Desert, released on February 17 during the Spring Festival holiday, has earned over 1 billion yuan at the box office. It has set a new record as the highest-grossing Chinese martial arts film in China’s film history.
The film is a key project supported by the Fujian Provincial Film Bureau and was produced by a Xiamen-based film company, bringing together a strong production team.
