Rain Water

Rain Water is the first of the 24 Solar Terms that reflects rainfall. It marks the beginning of rain, which is usually light drizzle rather than heavy rain, and it mainly occurs in southern China.

During the Rain Water period, spring is becoming more noticeable in Fujian, but lingering cold weather may still appear. It is advisable to follow natural rhythms by going to bed a little later, getting up earlier, spending more time outdoors, and enjoying sunlight. Adjust clothing according to temperature changes to help prevent colds.
