Shanggan Lin Clan Ancestral Hall

Located in Shanggan Town, Minhou County, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, Shanggan Lin Clan Ancestral Hall was first built in the Southern Song Dynasty. The current structure was rebuilt in 2002 and covers an area of 2,400 square meters.

The hall was established to honor ancestors, educate descendants, uphold family values, cultivate virtue, inspire dedication to learning, and encourage contributions to the nation. It commemorates historical figures such as Lin Xiangqian and features the unique "Yigu Ancestral Hall" on its west side, the only hall in Fujian dedicated to a female ancestor.
