Quanzhou West Lake Park lies at the southern foot of Qingyuan Mountain in northwest urban Quanzhou, Fujian, adjacent to the national‑level Qingyuan Mountain Scenic Area. Covering 100 hectares (17.72 hectares land, 82.28 hectares water), it is Fujian’s largest man‑made lake.
It features seven scenic spots: Kites in the Wind, Distant Peaks under Moonlight, Twin Zayton Pagodas, Ancient City Views, Evening Bells of Qingyuan Mountain, Herons over Twin Islands, and Lotus by Jade Bridge. Made up of four islands, three bridges, three long dykes and three water zones, the park blooms with flowers, glimmers with rippling water, teems with aquatic life and egrets. Blending lake and mountain scenery seamlessly, it is a well‑preserved classical lakeside garden in urban Quanzhou.
