Si’er Pavilion, formerly Siming Pavilion, is near Si’er Pavilion Road at the intersection of Wusi Road and North Second Ring Road, Fuzhou. Once home to Si’er Hamlet under Chayuan Village, it was rebuilt by the Council of Qi Jiguang Memorial Temple on Yu Hill after the 1931 September 18 Incident. Renamed after the folk tale of Qi Jiguang—the Ming anti‑pirate hero who executed his son—it houses his statue to rally Fuzhou residents for anti‑Japanese salvation efforts.
This four‑sided pavilion with a pyramidal roof is supported by 12 square stone pillars, featuring a rustic design. In September 2000, it was relocated to the Guose Tianxiang residential community.
