The Yigu Baogong Ancestral Hall is located in Shanggan Town, Minhou County, Fuzhou, Fujian Province, China. It was built to honor Lin Wuniang, the daughter of Lin Jinlong of the Southern Song Dynasty. After her family suffered misfortune, Lin Wuniang never married. She devoted her life to caring for her grandmother and raising her nephew to continue the family line.
In 1902, during the 28th year of the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty, Lin clan descendants began building this hall on the west side of the Lin clan ancestral hall in Shanggan. The complex includes a main hall, side rooms, and a courtyard. Inside stands a gilded statue of Lin Wuniang.
This ancestral hall is the only one in Fujian dedicated exclusively to a woman and is also one of Minhou County’s model sites for promoting filial piety and integrity culture.
