福州长乐区：古厝在，乡愁有归处

FJSEN news on Jun 14th (Fujian Daily Reporters Duan Jinzhu, Bian Junkai) Provincial "gold tourism village", Tantou Town, Wenshi Village, Changle District, Fuzhou, "village as its name", this village has the deep historical and cultural heritage. During this year's "May Day" holiday, a large number of tourists came to here. Among a series of cultural scenic spots, the unique village history museum is favored by tourists.

东南网6月14日报道（福建日报记者 段金柱 卞军凯）省级“金牌旅游村”福州长乐区潭头镇文石村，“村如其名”，历史文化底蕴深厚。今年“五一”假期，这里迎来了大批游客。在一系列文化景点中，独具特色的村史馆，备受游客青睐。

The Village History Museum of Wenshi Village was originally a century-old house that had fallen into disrepair.  After careful renovation, it was revitalized to be able to be used. In the Village History Museum, the history and culture, village appearance and folk customs of Wenshi Village were displayed, which not only retains the nostalgia of villagers, but also adds a scenery for tourists.

文石村的村史馆原来是一座年久失修的百年古厝，经精心修缮后，得以活化利用。村史馆里，展示了文石村的历史文化、村容村貌、民俗风情等，既为村民留住了乡愁，又给游客增添了看点。

In Changle District, the exploration of Wenshi Village carefully repairing, activating and using ancient houses is not unusual, but a common choice for many villages. With the joint efforts of overseas Chinese, elites of village, caring entrepreneurs and villagers, the ancient houses in Changle District have gained new life, and have been "rehired" to become public activity spaces such as village history museum, nostalgia hall, and cultural meeting room, which are favored by the masses, and some were rented to increase the collective income of the village, which realized new value in the practice of rural revitalization.

在长乐区，文石村精心修缮、活化利用古厝的探索并非孤例，而是许多乡村的共同选择。华侨、乡贤、爱心企业家、村民等多方合力，长乐区一座座陈旧的乡村古厝获得新生，并且被“返聘上岗”，成为深受群众喜爱的村史馆、乡愁馆、文化会客厅等公共活动空间，有的进行出租为村集体增收，在乡村振兴实践中实现了新价值。
