东南网6月12日报道（福建日报记者 方炜杭 通讯员 许琰）走进三明学院，一家1000多平方米的沙县小吃店尤为引人注目——打扁肉雕塑、沙县小吃卡通形象等具有沙县特色元素的互动体验，现代时尚的装潢，吸引不少师生进店品尝。

On May 16, the flagship store of Shaxian snacks of Sanming College was officially open, which have become the first campus flagship store opened by Shaxian snacks in colleges and universities. "In addition to the traditional'Four King Kong'that included noodles served with soy sauce, Bianrou(like wanton soup), steamed dumpling, ceramic stew pot, there are also snack varieties such as Silver Wrapped in Gold(like Spring Rolls) and tofu balls, and there will continue to add more snacks in the future." Wei Xiuqin, the person in charge of the flagship store, introduced that with rich dishes, comfortable environment and good dining experience, it has become the first choice for many teachers and students to eat. "Before that, the restaurant served more than 1,000 teachers and students every day, and the daily turnover was about RMB 20,000(abt $2857)."

5月16日，这家沙县小吃三明学院旗舰店正式营业，成为沙县小吃在高校开设的第一家校内旗舰店。“除了传统的扁肉拌面蒸饺炖罐‘四大金刚’外，还有金包银、豆腐丸等小吃品种，后续还会继续增加。”旗舰店负责人魏秀琴介绍，凭借着丰富的菜品、舒适的环境和良好的就餐体验，这里成为不少师生就餐的首选。“此前，餐厅每天接待1000多名师生，日营业额2万元左右。”
