Fujian Court Finalized Intellectual Property Cases at a Yearly Rise of 40%

Xinhua Fuzhou April 26^threport from Fuzhou (Liu Feng) In 2021, courts in Fujian Province have dealt a variety of intellectual property cases over 21270 cases, finalized 19088 cases, which is 46.12% and 42.46 % than that in last year; The first instance of civil case of intellectual property is 67 days in average, 20 days shorter than that in last year.

新华网福州4月26日电（刘丰）2021年，福建全省法院共受理各类知识产权案件21270件、审结19088件，同比增长46.12%和42.46%；一审知识产权民事案件平均审理周期为67天，同比缩短20天。

In the press of Fujian Supreme People’s Court, the associate dean of the Court Huang Shiyong said that in recent years, Fujian courts fully act the adjudicatory function, severely attack the crime which violate intellectual property, and sanction the violation of intellectual property, which provided strong judicial guarantee for stimulating innovative, fair competition of the market legislation.
