China to have over 1 Million IP Professionals by 2025

March 30,China will intensify efforts toward cultivating intellectual property (IP) talent, the country's top IP regulator saidFeng Zhaolong，first-level inspector of the Personal Department of the National Intellectual PropertyAdministration,adding that the country plans to achieve the goal of having more than 1 million IP professionals by 2025.

国家知识产权局人事司一级巡视员丰兆龙3月30日在新闻发布会上介绍，我国将加大知识产权人才培养力度，力争实现2025年全国知识产权人才超100万人的目标。

The number of IP professionals in China has reached 690,000, and more than 50 universities nationwide have established IP colleges, providing strong support for the industry's development, said Feng Zhaolong, a first-class inspector of the National Intellectual Property Administration, at a press conference.

丰兆龙表示，目前我国知识产权人才规模达到69万人，全国50多所高校建立了知识产权学院，为知识产权事业发展提供了有力支撑。
