亲爱的侨胞们，朋友们：

骏马奋蹄征途阔，八闽春来万象新。

在这辞旧迎新、喜迎佳节的美好时刻，我谨代表福建省人民政府侨务办公室，向广大海外侨胞和归侨侨眷致以新春的祝福！

2025年，我们深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于侨务工作的重要论述，牢固树立“大侨务”观念，紧紧围绕省委、省政府工作部署，着力打好新时代新“侨牌”。

我们成功举办世界闽商大会、中国侨智发展大会、“闽侨精英故乡行”等系列活动，“面对面”与“键对键”的交流更加热络频繁；

我们成立福建省侨兴华文教育基金会，加强丝路华教联盟建设，举办华裔青少年夏冬令营，积极弘扬中华优秀传统文化；

我们推动华侨历史文化遗存保护立法，常态化开展“暖侨行动”，全力维护侨胞合法权益，用心用情提升为侨服务效能。

广大侨胞始终与家乡人民想在一起、干在一起，福建经济总量突破6万亿元新关口。这些成绩的取得，离不开广大海外侨胞和归侨侨眷的积极参与和鼎力支持，在此谨向大家表示衷心的感谢！

2026年是“十五五”开局之年。我们将锚定发展目标，奋勇争先、实干争效，奋力谱写中国式现代化福建篇章。福建省侨办将竭诚当好大家的贴心人、娘家人，努力搭好连心桥、畅通合作渠道、做优服务网络，扎实做好“凝侨心、引侨资、汇侨智、聚侨力”四篇文章。我们衷心期盼与大家携手并肩，同心同向，为绘就新福建建设的壮丽画卷，为增进广大侨胞的自身福祉，为推动我省侨务事业再创新辉煌，贡献新的更大力量！

Greetings for Chinese New Year in 2026

Dear overseas Chinese compatriots and friends,

As the steed gallops forward, new horizons unfold; As spring returns to Fujian, all things take on a fresh new look.

At this joyful moment of bidding farewell to the old year and welcoming the new, I would like, on behalf of the Fujian Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, to extend my warmest Spring Festival greetings and best wishes to overseas Chinese compatriots around the world, as well as returned overseas Chinese and their family members.

In 2025, we thoroughly implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping's important remarks on overseas Chinese affairs, firmly embraced the broad perspective on overseas Chinese affairs, and closely aligned our work with the decisions and plans of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee and the Provincial Government, steadily advancing overseas Chinese affairs in the new era.

We successfully hosted a series of major events, including the World Fujian Origin Entrepreneurs Conference, the Overseas Chinese Talent Conference of Development, and the "Fujian Roots Tour for Overseas Chinese Elites," further strengthening exchanges through both in-person engagement and digital platforms.

We established the Fujian Qiaoxing Chinese Education Development Foundation, strengthened cooperation of the Chinese Education Alliance of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, and organized summer and winter camps for overseas Chinese youth, actively promoting the inheritance and dissemination of fine traditional Chinese culture.

We advanced legislation to protect overseas Chinese historical and cultural heritage, carried out the "Warmth for Overseas Chinese" initiative on a regular basis, safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of overseas Chinese communities, and continuously enhanced the quality and effectiveness of services for overseas Chinese.

Overseas Chinese have always stood shoulder to shoulder with the people of their hometown, sharing aspirations and working together. In 2025, Fujian's total economic output surpassed RMB 6 trillion for the first time. These achievements would not have been possible without the active participation and strong support of overseas Chinese compatriots and returned overseas Chinese families. On this occasion, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to you all.

The year 2026 marks the beginning of the 15th Five-Year Plan period. We will stay focused on our development goals, forge ahead with determination, and pursue tangible results through hard work, striving to write a new chapter of Chinese modernization in Fujian. The Fujian Provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs Office will continue to serve as your trusted partner and reliable home base, building stronger bridges of connection, expanding cooperation channels, and improving service networks. We will earnestly advance our efforts to unite hearts, attract investment, pool wisdom, and gather strength from overseas Chinese communities. We sincerely look forward to working hand in hand with you, moving forward with shared purpose, to contribute new and greater strength to the development of a vibrant new Fujian, to the well-being of overseas Chinese communities, and to the continued advancement of overseas Chinese affairs in our province.

Dear compatriots and friends, as spring breathes life into all things and the green hills come into view, let us welcome the Year of the Horse with confidence and hope. May the spirit of Fujian's mountains and waters accompany you, may you ride the winds of the times, gallop towards great success, and enjoy peace, happiness, and lasting prosperity in the year ahead.
